On Monday, February 7th I had my Explorer in to have the rear hatch window wiper repaired. I was called about 8:30am and advised it was ready. When we arrived at the shop. Debbie at the first deak was busy but readily secured my ticket and took it to the payment window. No one was in there, but she proceeded to open the window and take the payment in an effort to keep me from waiting. She should be recognized for her effort to do not only her job but the one of the cashier. Job well done. In addition to that the next day I got the Explorer out of the garage looked at the hatch door where there was a very large dent I had put in it about a year ago. Low and behold where that large dent was there was only a very small dimple now. The repairman whom I believe to be Mr Charlie Mattingly must have pushed that large dent out for me when he had the inner panel off. You need to know, things such as these two examples don't go unnoticed and both of these folks need to be recognized for doing just a little bit more than expected. To me it was much greater than just a little more....... When it comes time for a pay increase for these two folks, they certainly have my vote along with Eric at the body shop where we always take our vehicles for body repairs. You have a great work force there, do everything you can to keep them. We have never had a complaint in service or in the body shop.

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know about the fantastic service we received while purchasing our Mazda. I have to start with Scott. He was instrumental in helping us purchase a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis back in March for my son. It seemed reasonable to return to work with Scott again when looking for a vehicle for my daughter. Scott was occupied with another customer when we came in. Instead of having us wait, Scott graciously turned us over to Trevor to help us with our purchase (obviously placing the interest of all concerned, dealership, customer, sales, etc., in the forefront). Trevor and Linda helped us narrow our search from a needs and financial perspective. They both went above and beyond in helping us purchase our vehicle. you are extremely fortunate to have such outstanding individuals as part of your team. I purchased a Dodge Journey from Steve Jones Chrysler about 3 years ago. I've received reasonably good service. There have been a few issues, but the saving grace has been their maintenance department. If your maintenance department is half as good as Scott, Trevor and Linda, I'll be coming to Champion when I purchase my next vehicle. On Saturday, August 6th, my wife and I traded in our 2000 Mercury Villager (bought at Champion) for 2008 Honda Civic LX.
